Nina Ricci is a Chattanooga-based singer-songwriter and fingerstyle guitarist whose music carries listeners on a journey—equal parts storytelling, artistry, and connection through folk, Americana, and Country music.
When asked what her she’d love for our group to know, she gave us the awesome story of herself that I just have to share!
“I’d like the group to know that although I am a newer addition to the scene (moved in 2023,) I have been in and out of the Chattanooga scene since 2015 and I have family roots in North GA, as well.

After graduating from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, for a short time I lived in Rocky Face, GA and played in this area while I was cutting my teeth and learning how to be a professional musician. It wasn’t “Gig City” at that time (No 5G,) and for a variety of reasons (including slow Internet,) we moved back to Nashville where I recorded my first album, ‘Designs On Me.’
Between 2019-2023, my mother (Teresa) and I traveled for music full time. We didn’t even have a home, we had a storage unit in Nashville! Our travels took us as far west as Medora, North Dakota and as far east as Ireland. I’ve had a variety of performing experiences from performing on the streets of Gatlinburg with Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales; 3 seasons as a roaming performer at Dollywood; house concerts, folk festivals, and even opportunities to perform in some theaters.
I now reside in the foothills of Signal Mountain and I am currently recording a new album based on my travels called ‘Hard Travelin’ Girl’ which will be released in 2026.
